Encore is our approach to making a year-round coffee that is consistent in its flavor profile, but is dynamic and easy to brew in a variety of methods. Encore will typically be comprised of one coffee, though it may feature multiple coffees occasionally. The components of Encore will change to ensure the coffee being used is fresh, however the flavor profile will remain consistent with complex flavors leaning into caramel, dark chocolate, and subtle dried fruits.
